Spain & Gillon provides a wide variety of services to business enterprises ranging from public corporations to closely held corporations and limited liability companies. It assists these businesses and individuals in a wide variety of transactional work, including real estate development, financing, contract negotiation and leases. The Firm has an extensive practice of representing state and local government and is uniquely well suited to serve clients in transactions with state and local governments. The Firm has broad experience in transactions involving state and local assistance to developers to bring about economic development projects.
Labor and Employment
Spain & Gillon represents employers in all matters relating to labor and employment law, including the review and drafting of personnel policies, advice on employee matters, litigation of individual and class-wide employment discrimination lawsuits filed under state and federal anti-discrimination statutes and all other labor and employment laws.
