We represent numerous publicly-held and closely-held businesses in many industries, including technology, insurance, light and heavy manufacturing, consumer products, real estate, healthcare, government contracting, biotechnology, computer hardware and software, broker-dealer and investment management services and retail. The Firm also serves as general counsel to the statewide Business Council of Alabama.
